As we get ready for a new year and reflect over the past year, what are some things that you want to do differently? What’s one goal you would like to accomplish in the new year? Are there mis opportunities from this past year you want to change and have a different outcome in the new year?

I’ve been spending a little time looking back over the past year and looking at the growth and progress that I have made but also opportunities that I could learn from and do better. What I have found is a little bit of love, little bit of patience and a little bit of grace can go a long way and it never hurts to give a little.

We have to remember our words can build people up or tear people down. We have to cage our tongue and be careful what we say sometimes.
