Hebrew 12:1-2 tells us that we are in a race. It is the race of a lifetime. There are no do overs. We have one life to live. And this race, the race of the life of faith, requires endurance. But often we carry around burdens with us and sins that keep us from running at our best.

What burden do you need to lay down today? What sin to you need to get untangled from? Trust in God to help you through and the Spirit in you!
