In this episode, I’m sharing a story that’s really close to my heart. Over 10 years ago, when I was working at a call center, I would spend my breaks talking about my dreams, my love for fashion, and the vision I had for my future. At the time, I didn’t even realize who was listening.

One of my colleagues, who is now one of my good friends, Erica, surprised me in 2014 with a gift that changed everything—her old MacBook. She told me she believed in me and wanted me to use it to help fund my vision. That moment reminded me that sometimes, all it takes is one yes to spark a journey.

As I was cleaning my closet the other day and came across that same MacBook, I felt led to share this story with you. My hope is that it encourages you to keep speaking about your vision, even when it feels like nobody is listening, because you never know who is quietly believing in you.
