Ever been disappointed...I mean really disappointed?  The disciples were beyond disappointed when Jesus died.  They did the only thing they knew to do...bury him.  Little did they know that this burial would bring new life.  Can the same be said for us when we have a disappointment or a dream dies?  Will our burial of that thing bring new life?

We live in a time of instant gratification and while that may be convenient that does not reflect a true walk with Jesus.  Our faith is developed over time as we learn to wait on God's plan to materialize.  Waiting and disappointment are times of growth but we all seem to be pretty impatient with the process!  

Aubree Munro Watson, member of the 2020 Olympic softball team, shares her take on life after softball!  Many athletes find themselves really struggling with a new way of life when the sport they love and have dedicated so much time to has come to an end.  Listen to how Aubree encourages athletes that just because your career is over that doesn't mean your race is!!  

Most of us portray ourselves in the best light possible. It's normal to want the best of you seen by the outside world....but what if....what if you were genuine and authentic.  What if you were able to talk about, I mean really talk about, your struggles instead of hide them?  Would it make a difference? Could we be meant for more than just trying to hide behind something that will cover our mistakes?  Something beautiful happens when we share our struggles with trusted people.  It just may change not only our journey but someone else's journey who could be on the same path.
