We all get tired, even exhausted. In fact the Bible is full of great men and women of God who were exhausted by life. What do you do when you are? What has caused it in your life? But God is also seeking worshipers. What if this is true. What does it mean for us? When God is seeking is he finding us or does his gaze move over us to another. It is so tempting to compare ourselves to others and to make a decision about our lives based on what we see in theirs. We can think more highly of ourselves then we should or we can think more negatively of ourselves than we should. These are dangers of comparing and measuring ourselves against other people. The key is to not do this but to measure ourselves against God's standard for our lives. Joseph shares how to do this and why it is so important. We can be confident because God is for us. We can attempt things because God is for us. We can dream and ask 'what if' because God is for us. Today if you are unsure and uncertain about the depths of Jesus's commitment to you and the security you have in him then we pray that this sermon will build your confidence and cause you to believe that all things are truly possible.

What if we really believed what God said about himself and really believed his word? What if we believed that God had dreams for our lives? What if we took decisions that moved us into our 'what ifs'? What would our lives look like? What would the church look like? What would our communities look like? It is time to take up the What If challenge and begin to believe and live in his potential for our lives and not in our regrets and fears of our lives. Be blessed and encouraged.

If God is for us then who can be against us? It is a powerful statement from Romans 8 and Pastor Ian spends time asking the guestion, if God is, then what does that mean for us? Our negative ifs of regrets and wishful thinking can be transformed into the positive life changing ifs of faith only as we are in Christ. But when we are in him then we can experience true, lasting and powerful change, even of our regrets and hopes. Be blessed and inspired

The word "if" is tiny word but it carries a huge weight. Hopes, dreams, consequences and regrets are all tied up with it. Pastor Ian shares how God wants to release us from our regrets by removing our condemnation, so our regrets actually become steps into hopes.
