Hey y'all! There's many times in life we're we find ourselves faced with really tough decisions. And for me, one of the toughest decisions I have ever made came after months of months of agony, pressure, pain, and heartbreak. But through the process I took steps to make the best decisions I could and although it's challenging, healing happened along the way... and when it was time for the decisions that ultimately came to be, my heart was at peace about it. I want it that for you too.

It’s pretty inevitable that we gonna get triggered often… Sometimes daily… Sometimes multiple times a day!

I wanted to share a couple tips I learned that help me stay calm, cool, collected, but also keep me in my BADASS status as to maintain integrity, control of myself, and grace towards others.

Trust me, these tools are not perfected overnight but the more you practice them, the more in grain they will be to help you handle super stressful situations on the regular!
