This week, All Said and Done Podcast clocks ten weeks and as a channel to bring more light to the potential of podcasting, we feature a podcaster that has been at it for two years. Chulu is on episode 100 and here she shares the new dimension of listen-on-demand content on various subjects. Her podcast Africana Woman brings out the stories of the African woman. She also shares how she started podcasting following a battle with depression.

At birth, he was recorded as female and after growing up he had to navigate the unfriendly processes of being reclassified as male not to mention the stigma that comes with his situation. He is born and raised in Zambia, current chairperson of the African Intersex Movement, a computer and networks engineer by profession. He is also a qualified tennis coach. Today All Said and Done Podcast features a single mother with a 16-year-old son that has autism. Loveness Makomelo has raised her son Alex alone as his father abandoned them before the child was born. She walked this tough path of life alone but for family and friends. Here is her story. This is my first episode on All Said and Done Podcast and it features Mulenga Kapwepwe (MK) daughter of the late freedom fighter and past vice President of Zambia, Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe (SMK). MK emotionally recounts seeing SMK's arrest warrant signed by then-President Dr Kenneth Kaunda, a close friend of his. She recalls SMK's words "...keep well, I may never see you again" on the night her father was taken by police.
