We continue with the book of Matthew and see another turn in the story of Peter and his faith or lack or faith. Today we look at his understanding of what Jesus was doing during his time on earth. Jesus asks us the same question he asked Peter: “Who do you say that I am?”

The invitation is to recognise and declare that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. But what does that mean for our everyday lives?

The challenge is to listen to Jesus and live as though we truly believe he is our God — the one who has conquered all things.
