Week 6 of our study through WH Griffith-Thomas’ book “Methods of Bible Study,” in which we discuss Proverbs, Isaiah, and Amos. We finish up the class discussing the “gesima” season of Pre-Lent and some Lenten issues.

In which we clarify some previous sloppiness on the Trinity and discuss the Incarnation, especially clearing up some confusion about the Descent into Hell.

In which we look at some of the OT Books in more detail, including Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy, Samuel, Kings, Chronicles, and Psalms.

Week 4 of our study of the Confirmation Catechism for the Anglican Diocese of the West, in which we sing, discuss the creed, the meaning of belief “in God,” and touch on Election (again).
