Sometimes God brings us to the end of ourselves so we finally learn to depend on Him.
In Genesis 32, Jacob finds himself in the middle of fear, uncertainty, and crisis. As he prepares to face Esau, the brother he wronged years earlier, God meets him in a way he never expected — through a night of wrestling that would leave him forever changed.
This message explores five kinds of grace we all desperately need: • Relentless grace • Attentive grace • Patient grace • Subduing grace • Transforming grace
When God humbles us, breaks our self-sufficiency, and teaches us to cling to Him, it’s not punishment — it’s grace. Like Jacob, we often discover that true strength only comes when we stop relying on ourselves and hold tightly to the Lord.
No matter what season you’re walking through, God is present in the struggle, faithful in the wrestling, and able to transform you through it.
