If, in fact, it means to stop feeling angry or resentful toward (someone) for an offense, flaw, or mistake, then it should begin first with self-forgiveness, eh? We are only as hard on others as we are on ourselves. If you don't forgive yourself, you won't forgive others. Where there is fruit, there is root. Let's get to the bottom of this mystical phenomenon of forgiveness and lay the ax to the root. Looking to Newton's 3rd law - For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction - we can assume death is an equal and opposite reaction to life, and vice versa. In a sense, life is death in another form and summarily death is life in another form. Death insists we remember and memorialize life. Life is in a "face off" with death. The older I get, the more I realize everything is relative and in some strange, mystical, and scientific way, everything is connected. When someone asks you how are you doing, they are basically asking, how are you dying? Both living and dying are existing eloquently in the Earth realm. Let's call a truce and learn to co-exist peacefully. The Apostle Paul in scripture wrote that he figuratively died daily. Does death in life make practical sense to us? And is the presumed "ultimate" or final death anything more than a transition to another form of living? We must live and we must die. We must live until we die.
