President Trump is set to take the stage tonight, where he's expected to lay out his legislative agenda in his address to a joint session of Congress. This prime-time speech comes just days after the President's intense meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and just hours after the President paused aid to Ukraine and announced tariffs on imports from Mexico and Canada would begin within the week.
