Congressman Aaron Bean (R-FL) joins the Rundown to explain why he and other Americans are excited for DOGE to get to work targeting government inefficiencies and wasteful spending.

The two newest NATO members, Sweden and Finland, both detected communications cables running under the Baltic Sea had been severed. The damning evidence that Russia is actually behind the damage is yet to be found but the communication disruptions come immediately after Ukraine was given the 'ok' to launch U-S made long range missiles onto Russian territory.
FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Dan Hoffman, Former CIA Chief of Station in Moscow and FOX News contributor, who says the war on Ukraine will only be stopped when Putin is put under enough pressure.

Congressman Ryan Zinke, R-Mont., joins the podcast to discuss the likelihood of some of Trump’s nominees bypassing the confirmation process, the changes he would like to see in Washington, and his experience working in Trump's cabinet as Secretary of the Interior during the first administration.

President Biden, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, attending the G20 summit, has signed off on Ukraine's use of long range missiles supplied by the U.S. to strike targets on Russian soil. The decision comes at a time when President Biden's influence is very much diminished and Russia is now using North Korean troops to take back lost land along the northern border. Moscow calls the move an escalation.
FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Lucas Tomlinson, FOX News Washington, D.C.-based correspondent reporting from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who says the decision is most definitely an about face and how China's Xi is getting the full red carpet treatment at the conference.

This week, Fox News Rundown host spoke with former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels about President-elect Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, a cost-cutting advisory panel led by tech billionaire Elon Musk and former pharmaceutical executive and presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
Daniel has plenty of experience implementing and studying government budgets, having worked in the Reagan White House, as President George W. Bush's White House budget director, and as president of Purdue University.
He's also been co-chair of the non-profit Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget for the last ten years.
Daniels discussed the waste he witnessed while in government and some costly departments and services that could be cut from the government – without little impact on the American people.
He also discussed the political challenges of making political reforms to popular programs, but why not addressing America’s growing national deficit could have serious economic and security implications.
We often must cut interviews short during the week, but you might like to hear the full interview.
Today on Fox News Rundown Extra, we will share our entire interview with former Indiana Governor Mitchell Daniels and learn more about government waste and how he thinks DOGE can tackle it.

CEO of 32 Advisors and former Obama Economic adviser Robert Wolf reflects on the 2024 Election and points out the mistakes Democrats made with their economic messaging. He explains why he doesn't believe the Party has a clear leader at the moment, and why they need to adjust their strategy to convince voters they're making their lives better.
While on the campaign trail, the President-elect often said America was closer to World War III than ever before -- claiming many of the conflicts raging overseas would never have started if he was in office. Now that he's heading back to the White House, how will U.S. adversaries react? And will a second Trump Administration be able to have a stronger impact on ceasefire efforts between Russia and Ukraine or Israel and Hamas? Retired 4 Star General, Chairman of the Institute for the Study of War, and FOX News Senior Strategic Analyst General Jack Keane explains.
