As was the case last year, this podcast discusses the films that were in competition at Scotland Loves Anime. This year the Jeremy, Keith and Andrew are joined by the chairman of the jury, Jonathan Clements, along with three of the judges: Miles from Crunchyroll, Eric from GKIDS and Anna from National Amusements, to discuss the films that were in competition: “Your Name”, “Momotaro, Sacred Sailors”, “Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV” and “A Silent Voice” in as spoiler-free terms as possible. The time has arrived for the next Anime Limited Podcast! Team Anime Limited is back with another Podcast [recorded on 2nd February 2016] as Jeremy, Kat, Andrew, Keith and Kerry take gather in the office studio to discuss recent news including the fact we'll be releasing Psycho-Pass 2, Free -Eternal Summer- and Rage of Bahamut: Genesis, a packed Q2 release schedule following some release date changes, talk on our upcoming Durarara!! x2 The First Arc: Shou release and more.

Then we bring you a new regular segment to the podcast, The AL Club. The idea of this is simple: we love anime and love talking about it in detail, so that's exactly what we do in the AL Club. We will pick a specific anime, be a title of ours or (and will most likely happen in the near future) we will pick titles that aren't ours (Anime Limited) or perhaps a title that's out-of-print, and we simply talk about it. It's a chance for us unwind and have a good time talking about a particular series. For this first edition of the AL Club we're focusing on one our titles, Space Dandy. But it's not just us talking about the series in general, we also delve into behind-the-scenes tidbits relating to the series.

However it's not all about us talking about a particular anime in the AL Club, we also want your thoughts on Space Dandy as well. Twas the day before Christmas, though recorded late last week, and Anime Limited brings you mostly uncensored festive cheer and talk on anime in our final podcast of the calendar year powered by mulled wine!

In this podcast, given it’s been a good couple of months since our last regular style episode, we catchup on A LOT of Anime Limited related news. From new title announcements including Eureka Seven and the original Fullmetal Alchemist TV series, discussion on our Ultimate Edition releases, Kill la Kill standard edition releases coming in 2016, Mobile Suit Gundam Part 2 coming with an art book and more.

Welcome to our inaugural Scotland Loves Anime special episode of the Anime Limited Podcast. This is a very different podcast from what we normally bring you but one that's definitely worth listening to.

Recorded during the Edinburgh leg of Scotland Loves Anime 2015, the first 70 minutes of this podcast focuses is very much on the four films that were in competition for the Judges award Scotland Loves Anime. These being Expelled From Paradise, Miss Hokusai, Empire Of Corpses and The Case of Hana & Alice. You'll get to hear Jonathan Clements joined by the four judges, Justin Sevakis (of Anime News Network and Media OCD), Claire Copping, Animation Director Gary Marshall and John Noel (writer of the ChaosTangent blog) discussing all four films in as spoiler-free ways as possible, so you can get detailed insight into how the judges came to decide their winning film for in that category.

Following that, the second section of the show sees us put the focus on Justin Sevakis and his career in the anime industry to this point. We cover his experiences in the industry, the various companies he's worked for, titles he's worked on and how the industry has evolved over the years. There's some very, very insightful discussion and we're sure you'll enjoy it!

As a heads up, when it comes discussion on titles that Justin has worked on, it does include the fact he worked on Hentai DVD releases in the USA. We didn't just want to gloss over this fact so we do into detail on some of what he had to work on. This section does has contain some graphic detail, as you can probably imagine, so we're making it known now that between 1:16:30-1:29:00 there is very Not Safe For Work/NSFW material discussed.

We'll also make it known that this edition of the podcast is completely uncensored. After the fact we all made a collective decision to leave it as it was on this occasion.
