When you decide to move forward, intentionally showing up for yourself every day, the action steps, goals, and accomplishments come into alignment. 

Focus on alignment more than the reward and results alone. 

When you’re in metamorphosis to becoming a better version of yourself, understand the challenges due to your environment and community, which impact your habits and behaviors. 

Stick to the decision. 

It’s not a linear process to navigate, so give yourself grace in this journey of personal transformation.
