Oscar-nominated producer Jessica Hargrave talks to AJ about making a life in film with her childhood best friend, Ryan White. She reflects on more than two years making and touring "Come See Me in the Good Light" and the films and series that came before. As we approach our 20th edition, Cinema Eye asked voters to come up with 20 films and 20 artisans that should definite its second decade. After announcing the films and individuals (a mix of directors, producers, editors, cinematographers and one composer), Lisa and AJ advocate for films and series that they love that are missing from the 20 films list. Where are 32 Sounds? Look Into My Eyes? Deaf President Now? And why is this list so Oscars-friendly?

AJ talks to director Margaret Brown about her 20 year+ career in film, her long history with Cinema Eye (she was there at the jump), and her Mobile, Alabama punk rock adolescence. They go long on The Order of Myths, her breakthrough, Spirit Award-winning documentary (including what went down at that film’s raucous hometown premiere), as well as her recent Emmy-nominated HBO series, The Yogurt Shop Murders.
