Taking a deep dive into body image over the years. 

This one is a personal one. It is also something I struggle to find the words for sometimes as a person with a body that is deemed acceptable by society (which I don't agree with...but is sadly true). 

I walk through my journey on how from a young age my body was scrutinized, how that showed up in various parts of my life, and where I am now. 

Body image is a hard topic and one that many have experienced thoughts with. This is simply my journey and path.
