In this episode together with Robbin van der Crussen we discuss how breathwork can help one access traumas and emotions, in order to integrate them.
From extreme sports such as skateboarding, kitesurfing, gymnastics, freerunning and thaiboxing Robbin gradually transitioned into meditation, breathwork and plant medicines. For over a decade he has been making his own electronic music and traveling the whole world, connecting with people through music, dance and playfulness.
Outside of the music scene, his continuous self-explorative work led him to breathwork. His life shifted rather radically upon realizing the power to control our health and emotional states that we unlock just by breathing in certain ways. Deeply inspired, he put his body and mind through 6 months of wild experimenting and playing with the breath on his own before he found himself in Czech Republic studying Holotropic Breathwork. Additionally, he joined a course with legendary breathworker Dan Brulé in Oslo. For 2,5 years he has been facilitating large groups as well as individual breathwork, movement, sound journey experiences around the world. Through his own personal work in combination with evolving with his audience, a mission to be of service to the best of his ability has established itself.

Most of us have a series of failed relationships behind us. Most of us start with the best intentions in mind, and then “things” happen and relationships start degrading until the point of break up. And looks like some of us (me included) have been in this hamster wheel for so long that we start wondering if there is any other way at all. So today we will talk about how we can heal relationships before reaching the breaking point.

I am soon turning 40… and for as long as i can remember i have been looking for love. Looking and finding and then figuring out that it wasn’t it really. And it feels like my choice of partner has gotten from bad to worse with time. And I do work constantly with healing the traumas and my inner child, and I am far from done with it. And sometimes I ask myself how can I do everything differently? And doing relationships and dating differently is what we are talking about in this episode.
And today with me is Dr Elizabeth Willis. Elizabeth is an educator of over 20 years and a speaker to hundreds and is the owner of the Institute New Paradigm Intimacy and her own private coaching business. She effortlessly fuses her personal development into every avenue in her teachings and specializes in the Self Pleasure Modality, psychosomatic sexuality, sacred sexuality, the Feminine Arts, soma and embodiment for men and women from a shamanic lens. She brings pleasure and liberation to anyone who hungers for awakening. She has an engendering authenticity that makes her easy to relate to, and a delightful ability to intuitively cut through fear and misalignment and call forth authenticity and integrity. She is the manifestation of both strength and softness, power and sensuality; an embodied transmission of the masculine and feminine fully intertwined.
I am really happy to have you here with us. Also because I have my fair share of failed relationships and I really think that healing relationships is crucial to healing ourselves. Moreover, I am convinced that it is one of the reasons why we are on earth. That’s why 99% of people struggle with relationships, because it is part of our learning.

Introduction:
This episode has totally changed my view on sexuality and the sexual act to the point that I would not settle down for anything less than a conscious partner and conscious sex. I hope it has the same effect on you!

I have a son who is soon 2 years old. While pregnant I read everything there was to read about taking care of myself, my son and everything that could come after giving birth, including post partum depression. And I was sure I was going to give birth naturally, exclusively breastfeed my son, teach him how to sleep in his own bed from day one... But truth is that nothing went as planed. I had an emergency c-section, I had to partially breast feed while supplementing with formula and my baby slept exclusively on my chest the first two months of his life... and in my bed the first year. So nothing went according to plan. And of course the part of my mental health didn't either. I lost myself, my identity, my beliefs... I lost myself. And because of the stigma connected to post partum depression I have for the longest time denied it even to myself that I did have post partum depression. And that is why I am so happy to bring this subject today.
And today with me is Tonje Youman. Tonje is a dedicated wife and loving mother, who transitioned from being a physical therapist to becoming an influential writer. Drawing from her experiences as a caregiver and her own personal growth, she is committed to inspire individuals to overcome their past struggles and embrace a fulfilling authentic life.

I had a benign tumor years ago. I didn’t want the doctor to cut away a part of me, because I knew that I created it. So cutting it would not be the solution. Cutting off parts of me wouldn’t solve the root of the problem, which meant I would probably create the same again, in a different part of my body, maybe in a different shape. And that is when my own holistic healing path began, healing myself while learning how to guide others into doing the same for themselves. And this is why I am so happy about having the possibility to bring the subject of cancer and holistic treatments today.
So today with me is Simone Gisondi. In addition to being a published author Simone is a registered holistic nutritionist, detoxification specialist, holistic health coach and certified holistic cancer practitioner. It was in 2011 that her holistic journey began, after she suffered a stroke even though she was eating healthy and working out. She helps her clients with creating personalized health plans specific to their needs. So I am so happy you are here with us today discussing the controversial topic of healing cancer naturally and holistically
