Here I continue my rant about the ignorance and narcissism that administration and upper management can have. Lower the words that purposely go out there and put ourselves in harms way for the better benefit of the institution or the entity deserve the best. We deserve the appropriate compensation and the most sincerest acknowledgment. Apparently the University of Washington Medical Central hwllo Work for doesn’t feel the same. Are you facing that issue?

In this episode I give an update to the ongoing union battle between the University of Washington and us as clinical personnel. Also give an update to the current struggle with the administration and they’re close mindedness.

It has become a travesty in today’s business of medicine that those that provide the patient care quality care are the ones being taken advantage of. It is unfortunate that an employee who believes in their employer that they will provide the best nudges benefits but in safety and health, turns on them. Everybody in the healthcare field, no matter your position, deserves to have the best deserves to be given what you deserve. Here I talk about how my employer the University of Washington is lacking in there responsibilities. Thank God for the union

Just a short episode on how I’m feeling

If anything this pandemic has taught us how to adapt and make changes. We’ve learned how to run businesses and continue care from behind a camera two on demand in person treatment. Although change is good, it can be disruptive and very overpowering. Here I share some of the changes that I will be going through and how it will affect me. Are you going through these changes? This pandemic has caused not only technology to see it’s worth, but it’s also enforced and brought on change. Change is a good thing, but sometimes change can directly affect the lives of those that work with the public and healthcare. It’s unfortunate that higher management can make the decisions for everybody else affecting their lives on a bigger scale than their own.
