For week one of Advent we talk about our reason for hope.

We conclude our series in Acts with chapters 27 and 28 where Paul gets to Rome...and Luke almost finishes the story.

Paul takes his case before Felix, Festus and King Agrippa...and his story stays the same. Acts 23:12 - 26:32.

Acts 23:1-11. Paul defends himself in front of the Sanhedrin and shows how to be shrewd as a serpent, but innocent as a dove.

In Acts 23:1, Paul insists that he had a clear conscience his entire life, despite his days of persecuting Christians.
