I’m rarely asked how I got involved in this area in real estate and how I’ve learned what I have. It’s important to see others doing it, so you know what’s possible. I’ve heard you should sell homes more than I want to count, or when I say I’m in real estate the assumption is that I will help you find a home. In over a decade’s time I’ve sat at the table for development projects throughout Los Angeles County, beginning with my home city Los Angeles, which I now solely reference as The Historic South Central Los Angeles (another episode on another day to discuss district lines), but the knowledge and recommendations led me to implement the same, provide recommendations for Transit Orient Development or Transit Oriented Communities, Historic Preservation, City Council and Neighborhood Council across multiple cities and counties in Southern California. What I’ve also learned is these skills and knowledge have the ability to be duplicated in any market utilizing certain key indicators. Stepping into these small sessions or closed sessions made me realize - I REALLY BELONG HERE & LOVE IT HERE.
