Jaymee is a mental health counselor and the owner of Good Mood Food. After going through personal mental health struggles, she decided that she wanted to help others with their struggles. Mike is the Assistant Linebackers Coach at the University of Buffalo. Mike and I discussed his journey from playing Division 3 college football to coaching Division 1 football. Starting off coaching at a Division 3 school to working his way up to the University of Buffalo. We discussed the power of building relationships, bringing value to others, and betting on yourself to make your dream become a reality. Mike will be coaching an NFL Super Bowl winning team one day. 

James and I discussed his basketball playing career, both in college and in the pros. His experience playing college basketball and the road he took to get there. Transferring into Mercyhurst University and what that change was like for him. Coaching Women's college basketball, his future goals within the sport as a coach, and as a Father. Emmily is the Founder & CEO of Buffalo Braid Babes. Emmily and I discussed her journey with Buffalo Braid Babes, and taking the leap of faith diving right into being an entrepreneur. How she left her 9-5 to pursue a dream and take a chance on herself despite all odds. Emmily dropped a lot of knowledge on how to become and be your own boss. 

Tyler and I discussed his unique journey in life so far. Leaving the Air Force Academy, playing D1 lacrosse, studying abroad, and moving out West. Personal Finance lessons he has learned since working in the finance industry. Lessons on personal finance he believes we should be learning at a younger age and much more. One of the greatest guys around. 

Two best friends who have been by each other's side since day 1. Different paths led them to becoming the best versions of themselves. Making sure there is always good vibes and always maintaining a great attitude in life. Being yourself leads to the best opportunities. Trayvon and I discussed his journey from High School Football standout to playing college football at Hobart. The hard lesson he learned with the NCAA clearing house that directed his path to Hobart. How Hobart became one of the best opportunities and experiences for him. How he got into architecture, giving back to the youth, and whats next in his world. Work hard, play hard, & grind harder. 

Whitty & I discussed his journey in hockey from growing up in Canada to playing at Mercyhurst University. Differences between the Canadian game and American game. Balancing being a student athlete vs only playing hockey, life after hockey, and much more.
