Sharing my thoughts on social media and how we can use our platforms to be a little bit less shit. Social media bullying has major and significant impacts on people's mental health and we can all afford to be a little less judgemental and a little more kind. A person with an addiction, a disability, depression etc is still a person. Let's be less stereotypical and more open minded. Just because you haven't been through or experienced something does not put you higher up the food chain.
"Don't treat them less because you don't see worth in them. Treat them with dignity because everyone's life has equal worth." ~ Bhawna Gautam
On this episode I share about my journey into starting my Business, where I began in Australia, the struggles I have faced and how I have overcome them. What I have learnt along the way and what it takes to stay the course!
