Sometimes, deep down, you just know you've outgrown something... a relationship, a version of yourself, a habit, or a season of life.
In this episode, we're talking about when you are finally ready to surrender instead of cling, to turn to God and let go by saying:
"I allow You to remove what is no longer meant for me."
Letting go and having faith isn't easy, but making room for what is meant for you begins with releasing what isn't.
We're also talking about healing versus numbing.
As humans, when we experience pain, loss, anxiety, or heartbreak, it's natural to want to escape. Give yourself permission to rest, have constant dopamine hits, be crazy, laugh, and experience intense joy again. Show yourself grace. There is life on the other side of the hurt.
But there also comes a moment when the distractions stop feeling genuine. When you're left asking yourself:
Am I becoming someone I recognize and am proud of?
If those questions have been on your heart, this episode is for you.
Healing isn't about pretending the pain never happened. It's about sitting with it, learning from it, and allowing it to transform you instead of running from it. Numbness can feel like protection, but often it's just avoidance in disguise.
Without sorrow, we would never truly know joy. Your healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about returning to the person you came here to be.
I hope this conversation reminds you that letting go isn't losing, it's making space for everything that's waiting for you on the other side.
Love you all. 🤍
