Peter and Tom interview Zak from VSP Security Racing where Zak is currently preparing a BMW 1M for this year's Bathurst 6 Hour Race.  We look at what is involved in preparing for a production car endurance race at Bathurst - from the role each pit crew member has to catering and tables and chairs in the pits.  Zak goes through what modifications are allowed to the BMW 1M to pass scrutineering. Peter and Ross compare the Christmas road trip vs the Christmas cruise on a ship. We compare over the air updates between the Tesla and BMW - the Tesla gave presents while the BMW took them away. Peter Halil and the Roving Reporter discuss their time at Summernats35 - an annual celebration of Horsepower from highly modified vehicles.  The boys go through the process of entering a vehicle at Summernats and discussed what cars were in this year and what was knocked back in the past. The Roving Reporter was excited about the drifting events.  Halil looks at the controversial Grand Champion win going to a Porsche.  The Roving Reporter discusses his plans to enter his '67 Mustang for Grand Champion next year.  Can Summernats be held at another venue? Tom the Roving Reporter and Security join Peter Ronis. We went through all the wrecked cars at Tom's place. We examine the dying art of pin striping on cars and scrolls on trucks. Tom talks about the pros and cons of trading over Christmas.  Tom talks about the limited supply of spare parts in the car repair industry.  Security's GLC 63 has problems but they do not occur when it is in the workshop. Tom announces his Mustang will not be ready for Sumernats and we fins out how to win a trophy at a car show.

Peter and Halil look at the things you will need to prepare on your car to go out on such an outing.  Jacob and Noah join the podcast for their first drive in a Tesla and to charge it - the 21st Century equivalent of your dad letting you fill up the car at the petrol station when you were a kid (unfortunately the audio quality outside deteriorated and was not salvageable).

Peter is joined by Ross and Jackson Galettis driving a Maserati Levante GT Hybrid.  Ross gives a run down on all the interior buttons and settings, which includes the mysterious I.C.E. button which is not for driving on ice, but runs the hybrid part of the engine. Levante means raised in Spanish, the name is consistent with Maserati naming their cars what they are, like the Quattroporte, 4 door. Peter and Halil are using the Tesla as a studio and go through the week in Vegas.  Peter talks about the Chevrolet Suburban, his time at the Concours d'Elegance, and the stories behind the SEMA show.  Halil is looking for a new car and is frustrated with the actions of some dealers marking up prices of popular cars and passing them off as immediate delivery second hand vehicles with 100km on the clock with $30,000 mark ups.
