            Larry has a hard drive of his friend's that died and is looking to pull some very important information off of it.

            Adam has a Pixel 4XL, but its battery started to become faulty. He sent it to Google to get it replaced, but the replacement phone's battery started to fail again as well. He wants to know if there's an easy way for him to replace the battery himself?

            Kip has a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone, and as of late, he's having issues with videos playing back with a distorted image.
