Dear God,

I come before you today seeking your comfort and grace during this season of menopause. I know that this can be a challenging time for women, both physically and emotionally, but I trust in Your love and care for me.

As my body undergoes changes that I may not fully understand or feel in control of, I ask for your guidance and strength.

Please give me the patience and endurance to face any discomfort or challenges that come my way, and help me to maintain a positive attitude even when I feel overwhelmed or frustrated.

Grant me the wisdom to make healthy choices for my body, mind, and spirit, and surround me with supportive loved ones who can offer encouragement and understanding.

Most of all, I pray for Your peace to fill my heart and mind during this time of transition. I know that You are with me always, and I trust in Your plan for my life.

May your love and peace fill my heart and calm my fears, and may I trust in your plan for my life even when I don't fully understand it.

Thank you for being a God who hears our prayers and who walks with us through all of life's ups and downs. Lord I pray this for all women that maybe going through this process and even that the men in their lives will offer more love and grace in this time of their lives.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month - Be Kind Family 

Mindful May we put out a video yesterday on our social sharing this theme for May please lets all be more Mindful in All Things! 

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness. - Psalm 30:11 

Then he broke through and transformed all my wailing into a whirling dance of ecstatic praise! He has torn the veil and lifted from me the sad heaviness of mourning. He wrapped me in the glory-garments of gladness. - Psalm 30:11 TPT 

David was troubled and battled deep despair

Elijah was discouraged, weary, and afraid

Jonah was angry and wanted to run away 

Jeremiah wrestled with great loneliness, feelings of defeats and insecurity 

Jesus Himself was deeply anguished over what lay before Him. “And He said to them, ’My soul is deeply grieved to the point of death’ - Mark 14:34

Let’s Talk About It…

My journey to Mental Health family I have frequently gone to a therapist and I highly recommend it even in the good times as we know its nice to have a professional for All things and especially our Mental Health! You want to get your body fit you get a Professional Trainer, you want to get your finances fit you get a Professional Financial Planner so why would it be any different for your Mental Health? It would not be it makes me happy to see the movement in America as it relates to Mental Health and breaking down walls and stereotypes that someone might be “crazy” for seeking counseling. Let’s face it family we all have a level of “crazy” let's call it “past trauma and triggers” that can rise up in us in ways that we might not want it to . What I have found is through therapy I am able to control, confront, and call out those emotions in ways that are helpful for me and the people around me. Family talk to someone and I highly recommend a professional as they have the experience and have dealt with people that may have similar trauma and triggers as you do. No shame in ever talking with a professional who can help you with your thoughts or emotions. If we are honest family all of us have had times when we have struggled with wrong thoughts or unhealthy emotions and when those go unchecked can lead us to depression or other unhealthy actions in our lives. Never be afraid to talk to Jesus and lay those burdens on Him as well!

Lord be our Mind Regulator we know that you are close to the broken hearted and You Father save the crushed with sorrow! Your word tells us that You God heal the brokenhearted and bind up our wounds we thank you Lord for caring for us in such a way! King Jesus your word says that you keep track of all my sorrows, you have collected all my tears in your bottle, you have recorded each one in your book Father I thank you that you care so deeply for my pain, my hurts, my set backs and my mental health Thank You Daddy! You alone are so good and we Praise You Father for all you do and for helping us to renew our minds daily and keep them stayed on You Lord we cast all our anxiety on you, because you care Father in Jesus Name Amen!

My Ministry - The How - Sometimes Family I wonder How I got here and I think back to March 2020 right before the pandemic hit and I am this scared woman in a zero isolation room who has double pneumonia septic blood and a doctor asking me, “Is there anyone we should call for you?” I remember calling into the DAB Daily Audio Bible a community of Prayer Warriors that go through the Bible in a year please check them out at https://dailyaudiobible.com and leaving a prayer on the prayer line asking “Have you ever felt like God was mad at you?” That is how I felt Family like He was mad at me of course you already know that I am crying like a baby as I prepare this for air. In that call he cleansed me as he does so many times when we completely let go and pour our hearts out to him! I mean like really let GO and release all your Burdens on Him! It’s at those moments when we have absolutely Nothing left that we allow ourselves to lean into Him and that is when He does His best work family! 

What he did for me in that hospital room was nothing short of Amazing! He Healed Me, He Hired Me, and He Held Me! First family he Healed My Body and My Mind! I had an actual last interview for a job in that hospital room and I was Hired! Finally he Held Me it was the first time that I smelled the Lord’s Breath and it’s so sweet family its like Honeysuckle meets the Sunshine on a slightly rainy day is the only way I can explain it, if you have ever smelled His breath please leave us a comment on what it was like for you! 

For me that time with the Lord was a “Mending Moment” that I will never forget I truly gave Him my Life and promised that I would Live for Him “If Only” how many times have we said that, “If Only” to be like the Israelites and turn our backs on Him once again! I am happy to report that I am a Human Doing however, I am Rocking It with the Lord more than ever and PRAY that I Always stay True to Him and in His Will for my Life. 

All Prayed Up:

Lord we pray for every person in a hospital bed right now Father I know what that is like Lord God please go and be with them Lord heal their bodies and minds! Oh God allow them to completely surrender to You like I did and Father give them another chance to get it right! We fall down but we get up and it’s only by Your might Father God that we are able to get up! Thank You Lord for all you do for us and we know that by Jesus Stripes We Are Healed and so we call on our healing Angels for all persons in hospital rooms today in Jesus Name Amen!

God by Faith we understand that the universe was formed at Your command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible Thank You Daddy that you help us with our Faith daily we Praise you and worship you we give you our life and our Faith Father in Jesus Name Amen!

The WHEN and The WIN

Win - verb be successful or victorious in; acquire or secure as a result of contest, conflict, bet or other endeavor. noun a successful result in contest, conflict, bet or other endeavor; a victory

“When Lord,” How many times have we asked our Heavenly Father those two simple words?

How many times has that been the entire prayer family, “When Lord?”

How many times have we sat still on the Promise of “When?” 

And then the WIN comes…

How many times do we remember to say, “Father Thank You, for the WIN!” 

How many times do we get the “Win” at the least expected time? 

How many times does that, “Win” come right on time?

A Cry for Help

To the Pure and Shining One

David’s poetic lament to always remember

1Please, Lord! Come quickly and rescue me!

God, show me your favor and restore me.

2Let all who seek my life be humiliated and confused.

God, send them sprawling, all who wish me evil;

they just want me dead.

3Scoff at every scoffer and cause them all to be utter failures!

Let them be ashamed and horrified over their complete defeat.

Wonder Twin Powers - Activate 

The Power of TWO 

Trip down memory lane it’s 1977 Family…

The Wonder Twins’ powers are activated when they touch hands and speak the phrase “Wonder Twin Powers Activate!” - Interesting how Physical Contact was required. They were twins, Zan who could become water in any state and Jayna who could transform into any animal. They also had to Speak the thing, Zan had to say any form of water or ice and Jayne had to say the animal she wanted to transform into. 

The Power of Two: 

“Take this most seriously: A yes on earth is yes in heaven; a no on earth is no in heaven. What you say to one another is eternal. I mean this. When two of you get together on anything at all on earth and make a prayer of it, my Father in heaven goes into action. And when two or three of you are together because of me, you can be sure that I’ll be there.” - Matthew 18:18-20 MSG (I call the The Message the Hood version of the Bible as I find it very frank and love that about it) 

Speaking Things Into Existence: 

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits. - Proverbs 18:21 

Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. - Mark 11:23

Why did the Wonder Twins always work together?

Because they knew the power of two is always greater than the power of one, team work makes the dream work, especially when one of you can turn into a giant eagle and the other can turn into a bucket off water! 

Why did the Wonder Twins always say what they were going to turn into before activating? 

Because they knew communication was key to any successful team and speaking it out loud helped avoid any misunderstandings. It also helped to avoid any embarrassing mix-ups, like turning into a bucket of water that gets spilled down the drain.

Left & Right 

Do not turn to the Right or the Left; keep your feet from evil. - Proverbs 4:27 

For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. - Isaiah 41:13 

So I have a confession I have been receiving this message all week in so many ways that clearly the Holy Spirit is Speaking I have some thoughts on what it means and I need your prayers Family on the Left Right & Next Steps for All Used Up please. 

I posted a prayer for us all on Tik Tock about this subject matter please take a look and may the Lord above bless us all with the Wisdom and Insight to use what’s Left & Right! 

Today Family is our 94th Episode in a row and for me it’s getting better and better and I hope the same is true for you. It’s strange sometimes sitting in a room talking into a microphone to myself and praying that I hear correctly from my Producer (The Holy Spirit) as to what, when, why, where and how to speak! I must admit there are times that I think I may have missed the mark and then I get a conformation from someone or even a revelation for myself later and it usually confirms you hit the target ValiantVal. 

Thank you for allowing me Family to share in this authentic way with you all today and provide some insights into the behind the scenes of All Used Up and ValiantVal as I check my SIX.

Lord God you are the maker of All things Left and Right please help us to see things Your way and make great choices about next turns in life. Righteous Father we ask that you help make the path straight and keep us on the straight and narrow path less traveled! Dear God may we never veer to far Left that we are not able to hear from you and may our walk demonstrate the Love of Christ thank you Father in Jesus Name Amen!
