Against such things there is no law. - Galatians 5:22-23 (Let’s be honest here Saints we could All stand a lot more of this Fruit in our lives and while you are at it eat a piece of fruit today please and thank you.)

Fruit we bear when we win others to Christ

Our good deeds - so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, - Colossians 1:10

3. Give Generously - The #1 Thing I Ask please is that you give your Prayers to All the Saints without ceasing as that is our directive and please pray for All Used Up and ValiantVal, Give Your Time, Give Your Talents and yes Saints Give Your Tithes to what feeds you in Jesus Name!

Share the Good News - After All it’s a GIFT from God to be Shared
Family 1 Thessalonians Chapter 1 is all about “Thanksgiving for the Thessalonians Faith” It’s a letter written by Paul, and he gives a shout out to Silas and Timothy his homies that love the Lord and co-labor with him. He writes to the church of the Thessalonians it’s considered one of Paul’s early writings a.d 49-51 if my mathing is correct that is 2070 years ago. Family what I find remarkable is this is so Modern Day and Relevant please read all of 1 Thessalonians today it’s 5 sweet short chapters and there is so much love in it.

Opens with: God’s amazing grace be with you! God’s robust peace! Ends with: Jesus, who rescued us from certain doom - Message Translation

Family if you are like me you can appreciate a good PB&J from time to time however, there is a PB&J that we need All the Time and that is… Peace Blessings & Joy
Father God we thank you for PB&J Peace Blessings & Joy Lord bring it to us and allow us to give it to others Righteous Father we love you and only want to do Your Will You Way Lord thank you Father for all the PB&J you give us daily in Jesus Name Amen!

Keep your Peace don’t ever Give it away, it’s worth more than Silver and Gold Family we see everyday people that don’t ride with Peace in their Life and the come to Kill Steal & Destroy - John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Ask for the Blessings God wants to give it All to you we must ASK …You do not have because you do not ask God - James 4:2 Pro Tip: Ask God with the RIGHT Motives as the writer James goes on to say please read All of James 4 Spoiler Alert it will be the PB&J you need today!

Joy is Everywhere and in Everything have you ever noticed that its the smallest of things that really make your Heart Leap… Like watching a Family member or Friend WIN at anything in Life a Ted Talk a Potato Sack Race a game of Pick Up Sticks I mean for me its seeing Others Win that ignites the Fire in my Belly and reminds me also that if God will do it for them He will do it for Me and through Me! - John 15:11 I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
5.5 Finally Family we must Forgive in order to have the really good good PB&J we Must Forgive one another as we will need Forgiveness Family. We are Human Doings as I call us and sometimes we Don’t Do it Right so with that please Forgive As you will need Forgiveness.

How Roots Root and take Root
Root - The basic cause, source, or origin of something. (Definition Noun)
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. - 1 Timothy 6:10 (Family you would do yourselves a Favor and read all of Timothy 6 today please and thank you wow! It ends with (Grace be with you all.) “Grace be with you all!”
When I say, “Root” I would think most people think of a “Tree Root” if you have ever truly looked at, studied or truly examined a tree’s roots you may have felt humbled and honored at the same time what I mean by that is the "Pure Majesty" that is simply a ROOT. Shout out to all the Arborist ValiantVal loves you and lovers of All Things Green! Water those Plants!

Pro Tip - Spring A Head Family and let’s All pray that we can one day stay on this Time Zone and not disrupt our entire lives twice a year please and thank you Lord!

What I think when someone says Roots…
Plants - The root system takes in oxygen, water and nutrients from the soil, to move them up through the plant to the stems, leaves and blooms. Roots often store the energies created by the plant through photosynthesis, to make them available to the plant as it is needed. (Wow Family Mic Drop… I want to reread that I need you to back me up 15 seconds and hear that again, thinking that we Human Doings are those plants please and thank you)

Tree Roots Allowing Offensives to take Root - Stoney Hearts, Hard Hearted Deep and Wide Roots allowing those Roots to Root the longer they Grow the longer they will Grow, how easy that happens today don’t allow that to be your Story Family

Alex Haley’s movie Roots - Aired on TV in 1977 I was 8 years old and of course my Mother sat me down and had “The Talk” if you are a person of color you already know what that looks like and insisted that we watch the movie together. I am crying now as I go back to that 8 year old that also played Suzy in the school play at Nazarene Christian School “I Like The Sound Of America” and how she was traumatized at how Humans could treat other Humans in that manner. (It is our TRUE History so it must be Told period point blank or we maybe doomed to repeat it Humans forget) The team put out a video called “Crushing It” that talks about that play a bit more I will bring to the top of our social space later today please take a look, thank you. Pro Tip: Have “The Talk” (no matter their color) with your children and watch the 1977 Roots Movie with them this might actually start a National conversation that might move the needle in all the right ways!

Our Story comes from Luke 5:1-10 Today Family
…Jesus Sat Down and taught the people from the boat - Luke 5:3 In my Human mind I would have imagined him Standing and wanting to command more attention as he taught and then I think about his Humility and it would be simply like Him TO Have Several Seats, To take his Time, To set the Pace, To be Easy like Sunday Morning.

Simon Peter Answered, ”Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because YOU say so, I will let down the net.” - Luke 5:5

And after he put his net out, They caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. - Luke 5:6-7

When Simon Peter saw this he fell at Jesus knees and said, “Go away from me, Lord I am a sinful man or woman!” - Luke 5:8 for he and his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken. - Luke 5:9

Then Jesus said to Simon, “Don’t be afraid; from now on you will catch men and woman.” So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him. - Luke 5:10

Family when Jesus tells you, “Don’t be afraid, Don't Worry, Fret Not” you walk no run in that word, please and thank you.

It Matters…

380 Instances of “Matter” in the Bible

Whoever would foster love covers over an offense, but whoever repeats the Matter separates close friends. - Proverbs 17:9 (I mean really you have to simply LOVE the Proverbs if nothing else Matters)
As I grow in Christ, Age, Character and Simply Life, I find that it’s the small things that really do Matter, I know it’s such a cliché right. The WINS in life that Matter, look more like Winning a Soul for Christ Val and less like Winning an Argument.

It looks more like a Matter of Fact and less like a Matter of Fact Finding
It looks more like a Matter of Love and less like a Matter of Loss
It looks more like a Matter of Faith and less like a Matter of Fun
It looks more like a Matter of Him and less like a Matter of Me

Family I encourage you all to call not text a love one today that Matters to you and let them know “Hey You Matter” and I simply wanted to let you know that. I am hoping I get a least one call, after all we want to Matter especially to the people that Matter to us right.

I have done a ton of things the Wrong way over the years and hey after all that’s My Testimony and I rock and roll with it. In the second half I want to do more things the Right Way.

I want to Right Here Write Hear what that looks like is Being Present, Writing it down and Hearing.

Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the Matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. - Ecclesiastes 12:13
