In this podcast, we talk about being by yourself and realizing it doesn't have to be a sad thing. Being alone doesn't necessarily equate to being lonely. I share my own struggles with feeling lonely when alone and how I changed my thinking.

It's tough to end friendships that aren't good for us, but Allah rewards us for making these tough choices that often leave us feeling empty and alone. This is a heartfelt reminder that, through everything Allah is always with us, even closer to us than our jugular vein.
