You know the basics of French, but you get lost the moment people actually talk to each other? That's completely normal. There's another French out there, the one spoken on the street, among friends, in everyday life: the French they never taught you in school.

In this episode, Amber and Noon run into their friend Inès at a café. A casual conversation quickly turns into an impromptu slang masterclass: meuf, mec, taff, avoir le seum, avoir la flemme... expressions French people use every day that appear in no textbook.
