Yavapai County Development Services Supervisor Allison Spraggins was recently awarded “Code Enforcement Supervisor of the Year” by the Code Enforcement League of Arizona (CELA). The announcement was made at the annual CELA Statewide Conference on October 19th. The nomination highlighted Allison’s strong work ethic and the care and compassion she displays when working with members of the public.
