Allison's experienced it all when it comes to work: the thrill of succeeding, feeling purpose in her job, the excitement of going to work every day. However, after leaving no time for relationships, taking care of her health, or living a life outside of work, Allison learned that, no matter how great work is, it shouldn't rule her life. In this episode, Allison and Katie take you along with them on a day of Sabbath as they discuss Allison's experience with burnout, how we currently live in an unhealthy culture of hurry, and the importance of God-centered rest.
