Learning to allow your thoughts to pass in the background of your mind is a key skill to build when you are wanting to manage anxiety well. This Mindfulness technique helps you to feel in control of your own mind. While it does take time and practice for this skill to build, it is possible to use Mindfulness to lower your anxiety, decrease stress and improve self-esteem.
