Welcome to today's episode! I'm hitting heavy with this one! There have been a lot of thoughts and emotions circulating within me, so I thought it would be beneficial to voice them. This episode is a reminder, as always, that no one is alone, humans are complex, and every experience is valid.

Part of the reason I find it easier to express these things online is that I know with all of my heart that someone else out there is experiencing something similar and needs to be heard and understood by another. I am honored to be that person!
