In our final podcast of 2017, Agricultural Manager Mary Ellen “Mel” Chesboro, a 20-year veteran of the Fair, shares her enthusiasm and encyclopedic knowledge with Pete. Mel, who retires after the 2017 season, specializes in “edutaining” Fairgoers with her passion for all things agriculture. Pete also explores everything ag—from cows to baby chicks and piglets to honey, eggplants and all that’s in between!
