Happy Halloween my friends today we were we talking about crap not like literal crap but feeling like crap and using that crap and exchanging it for positive feelings and positive vibes and not letting other people treat you like you guessed it crap.

Today I bring a special guest my mom. We talked about all things love and how she learned how to overcome relationships and trust issues. We also talk about romcoms reality versus expectations. We also answered the questions that you guys submitted.

Today we will discuss how to deal with people who don’t give a flying frack about you. I discuss tactics that help me to stay grounded in love and accept myself.
