Each episode of the Alma Matters podcast will treat you to an in-depth conversation with a decorated varsity alum, as they take you through their time at McGill, accomplishments afterwards, lessons they’ve learned along the way and so much more. These stories will take you behind the scenes for an up-close look at what it takes to succeed at the highest level.  

The first episode, which drops Wednesday, January 27, will feature former NHLer and Stanley Cup Champion Mathieu Darche. Darche graduated from the Desautels faculty of management in 2000, and currently serves as director of hockey operations for the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning where he won the 2020 Stanley Cup - joined his older brother Jean-Philippe Darche (BSc '97) as the only siblings to win a Stanley Cup and Super Bowl in the same calendar year.
