In this episode Alma remembers her big family freebirth. Birth was always a natural and normal thing in Alma's family and she learnt a lot from her sisters. She made a new friend who introduced her to "freebirth" and doing some of her own research everything clicked. Alma and her husband consciously conceived their son and had a wild pregnancy and beautiful freebirth surrounded by her sisters and family in her home.
