Today I share about training for my forth marathon & running with a pace group at the Twin Cities Marathon.
My third marathon was the hardest to finish. The struggle was real. My long training runs went well & I even added a creative touch to those runs, but the race was warm & tough.
My second marathon was the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon that I ran with my daughters, Kelly & Tracy. Hear how we helped each other compete the 26.2 miles.
My first marathon was the Chicago Marathon. I ran with my daughter Tracy. Listen and learn a little about marathons & the mantras that helped me finish the race.
Have you ever gone white water rafting? I have rafted several times. It is a blast. Listen in to my adventure & you might want to go for a ride or "Ride the Bull".
Biking & Hiking go together because I can do them with my husband. The perfect pair for Valentine's Day. We have found ways to have fun & stay healthy together.
Running a half marathon takes a commitment of time & energy to prepare & train. But the feeling you get when you finish that first half marathon is amazing. listen in on a slice of my experience.
