I talk all about the power of being able to accept small things, like compliments, in order to receive the big things the universe wants to give you. It sounds simple, but this seemingly simple act is so so powerful when it comes to manifestation. I actually share the story of how I manifested 3 big trips over the last few years just by being so open to receiving.

Then I dive into my accidental bed squirt situation and how this is clearly becoming a problem I need a solution to. (Not to stop squirting, just to stop making such a gd mess 😂)

I had to take a few deep breaths before starting this one. I talk about a really hard lesson I had to learn last week, and how life is such a balance of knowing you’re not always going to please everyone, yet still staying mindful. I'm proud of how I handled myself when I made a public mistake & I also know it won’t be the last mistake I make.
