Melanie was a fierce competitor on History Channel's ALONE show placing 4th place on season 10 and was the last woman standing. In this episode Melanie shares everything she experienced out in Saskatchewan Canada during her 43 days alone. Mel takes us through the lessons she learned from a physical, mental and emotional standpoint from her time on the show as well as afterwards. Mel is a living history teacher and forager by day with a deep passion to teach the younger generations about nature and help empower them to try new things in the wild to ultimately help them gain confidence in who they are.
