This week on Conscious Conversations I had the pleasure of interviewing Near Death Experiencer (NDE) Anita Stewart, retired registered nurse who at the age of 35 had a profound NDE that forever changed her perspective on life. Anita had always been a gifted healer since she was a little girl, healing sick animals that were brought to her and then working 44 years as a trauma nurse. But it wasn’t until she suffered a debilitating injury in 1981 that left her bed ridden, that she was opened up to a more expansive way of helping others physically, emotionally and spiritually. However this was not through her own knowledge and expertise but through the complete surrendering to our higher power/creator/ the “all that is”/pure consciousness etc. In this episode we talk all about Anita’s NDE, her year long communications with Jesus, her ET sightings, being guided to a dead body, premonitions, past life regressions, interstellar travel and so much more. This week I am doing a solo podcast updating you on the evolution of Conscious Conversations and where we are heading together next! I dive into a serendipitous encounter with a stranger, the pull for me to talk about these new topics on my show and my own personal evolution through this entire process. My dear friend and former teammate from Dolphins Cheer joins me for a Conscious Conversation this week! KP is one of kind, always smiling, happy and positive. This week in the studio I had the opportunity to sit down with my dear friend Leanne Schweitzer. Leanne is a yoga teacher, conscious parent and water enthusiast. After her husband Rodger was struggling with asthma and psoriasis for years with no help from doctors except topical steroids and inhalers. Leanne and her family set out on the journey to find a permanent solution for Rodgers illnesses. Lo and behold after switching their water to a more conscious water source Rogers asthma and psoriasis went away completely. In this episode we talk all about the water we drink everyday and why it is so important to our health, we cover electrolyzed reduced water and its amazing healing benefits, the different types of water out there and which are good for us and which are not, as well as Leanne's personal journey with fertility. After being a vegan/vegetarian for 20 years Leanne decided to switch back over to eating red meat again to help with her fertility. She had success and has been eating meat ever since but in a very conscious way. (No Safeway for her!) This week I had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Jason McCloskey on Conscious Conversations. Jason was on the track to go to med school when he decided to pivot after realizing becoming a doctor in America’s current healthcare system wasn’t going to be what he thought it was going to be. He founded Arete Health his own healthcare practice that’s foundation is all about taking a look at a patients lifestyle choices to help them rather than giving them a pill. We talk about the core four: sleep, exercise, stress, nutrition and basically how almost anything health related can be prevented if we dial in on these 4 things. An amazing episode that really helped me rethink healthcare and what it means to find the root cause of issues as well as how to enhance our everyday lives through taking a deeper interest in the miracle that is the human body.
