today i did a brain dump on my thought on alone time and beauty of it all. as a person who is a people pleaser and currently in the process of unlearning its important to note that one's love for alone time doesn't mean you are lonely , loner or 'rude' it is simply a way you can show up for you and the people you care about. i plan on talking more on the topic more this summer but this is where my head is at currently.
