in this episode i honestly am yapping about my fair share of rejection and telling you the "negative" feelings we get post rejection aren't always that bad.

today i talk about my experience journaling and how through journaling i see my past self and new one :). i also talk about when i have felt like future me was in the room. very cheesy yet fun. 

so i decide to do a sort of brain dump episode over my past few days. During the days of monday to friday i had a series of unfortunate events but held the mantra of  "this week is gonna be a good week" and it was ! (until the weekend )

this episode discusses my feelings of moving, 'loneliness' and the uncomfort of making new friends.
