you know that feeling you get out of nowhere when your up late with 500 what ifs about the next day, or you are simply around alot of people you don't know and your just like 'omg do they think i'm weird, why did i wear these shoes...FUCK. ". yeah anxiety is a b*tch and if you look at the very long title (a qoute from from my favorite poem ty Sabrina Benaim) it can lead you to have a lot of irrational fears. so today i decide to have a candid convo around a topic in hope to break the stigma around it. more to come on the topics in the following weeks :) . okay thank for reading and remember your anxiety is f*cking lying to you. 

so today's podcast was all over the place like usual :) . but today I discussed my definition of "hot girl summer" , post grad feelings, and the scarcity of rest.

today i did a brain dump on my thought on alone time and beauty of it all. as a person who is a people pleaser and currently in the process of unlearning its important to note that one's love for alone time doesn't mean you are lonely , loner or 'rude' it is simply a way you can show up for you and the people you care about. i plan on talking more on the topic more this summer but this is where my head is at currently. 

this this week's episode is a bit longer. I first start off talking about a situation that fell through during the summer but hopeful for the future. i then answer questions given to me via the podcast instagram where i discuss, college advice, love, scary situations, love languages and other things. hope you all enjoy my rambles :) 

i talk about my experience of dating over the years the good the bad and the downright odd. dating in my definition is simply the talking phases of formulating any good romantic relationship and for someone who is very monogamous and trying to venture out of her comfort zone i'm kinda using this podcast episode to hold myself accountable to dating this summer! 

in this weeks episode i sit down to talk about my journey over the past year and half with growing pains. many people talk about growth as some beautiful ~transformative~ thing, that's good for them  but i can't relate all the time. it can feel like when going through change in your life very lonely and you're if you're dramatic like me it can feel like the sky is falling and no one can see it..... but luckily it's not :)
