in this weeks episode i sit down to talk about my journey over the past year and half with growing pains. many people talk about growth as some beautiful ~transformative~ thing, that's good for them  but i can't relate all the time. it can feel like when going through change in your life very lonely and you're if you're dramatic like me it can feel like the sky is falling and no one can see it..... but luckily it's not :)
