On today's show, we have I have my very dear friend, coach, amazing comedian too. Kenny Kane.
Kenny has been very passionate about involving the fitness industry that is just a pure as it can get. I love hearing his view on things and, I plan on learning from some of these things that he's doing. Then bring them back to my gym and my coaches and, bring them through this journey too.
I hope that you guys take a listen to this and, really think about coaching and leadership.
Even if you are only working out and are a participant in the fitness industry, what role do you play in that and, what does it look like?

On today's episode, I have Brian Muka of Fear Sherpa.
Brian specializes in helping people work with their fear, become a friend to it and, and to really work with it instead of just overcoming it. We debunk that idea in this episode. I love having people on the show that are about helping people for one, but also more importantly about helping people realize that the goal is to not have certain things in your life. The goal is to have the tools and the why's behind the tools so you can overcome the challenges that you are having in your life and, that is something that Brian is really passionate about.
He is a former bomb technician, so he knows what it is like to be under pressure and really work under these situations. I really had some great conversations with him.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

I just got done recording this amazing show with Mark Gutierrez of Elite Team Monterey Jiujitsu.
I met Mark a few years ago through some business coaching that I did and was able to help him transition with his newer academy that he's in right now. We developed a good friendship. As I have been jumping into Jiujitsu, I've been calling him and talking with him more about it. This is what he loves to do and I thought that it would be really fun to just jam with him about Jiujitsu.
It's been something that has been great for me to do. It gives me a place to be really present - it's a meditative kind of thing. It's also fun to be a beginner at something. If you are looking to grow in that capacity maybe looking into Jiujitsu is for you. I hope this show will give you some clarity from both Mark and me.
I love you all, enjoy the show.

On today's episode, I have on Nathan Holiday of The Level Method.
If you are not familiar with The Level Method, it is a belt system that is for functional fitness and group-based affiliate models and things like that. Which I think is super cool to help give a performance-based goal. for people at your gym. Especially for gyms that don't have one.
More importantly, Nathan is just an all around awesome guy. We have very similar interests and values, as I learned more as I was doing research for this episode.
He's just a really great focused man whos trying to great things for the right reasons. Please if you are a gym owner give Level Method a look, I think that you would really appreciate what he is trying to accomplish with it.
I love you all, enjoy the show.
