Join us as we launch into our newest sermon series on Genesis, continuing where we left off with chapter 23, verses 1-20. In this chapter, Abraham faces the heartbreaking loss of his wife, Sarah. And while this chapter may seem like a random, obscure negotiation for land, it's actually one of the most profound acts of faith in the Old Testament. Abraham puts faith in God's promises, trusting in a future he can't see yet, but one he knows will come to pass because he has seen what God has already done.
Abraham only owned a cave and a field, but he lived like heaven was his true homeland. We’re called to do the same.
