Ep5 - Goals are good! Pete & Stu are joined this week by their first guest. Darrel Smith from 121 fitness based in Navan, Meath. The lads have a great chat about gyms, training, why people seem to fail diets or give up. How you should aim for 80% good eating and leave 20% to have a life where you can enjoy a few beers or eating out. The lads touch on growing up and the lack of education around food and training.  Pete & Stu discuss a possible rematch in the ring where Pete will be pulling in some serious trainers to help him beat Stu !

Ep4...Pete and Stu have moved to a new location and are now set up with their own gear but not without a few teething issues. The lads chat about the last 2 weeks and some of the progress they are making. They touch on various topics such as gout, ozempic, walking the Camino, gastro surgery and the constant battles people have everyday.
