You may be asking yourself what does a childhood trauma life mentor and coach do?
Well, that's a great question. The first thing that you should know is that I don't consider myself an abuse survivor coach as much a Trauma Warrior Mentor. I don't work with victims. I help mold heroes out of the ashes of tragedy. That didn't answer your question. Let me go a little deeper into what you can expect out of a trauma mentor, but before I do I want you to ask yourself a fundamental question: Am I ready to be the hero in my own story?
What I do as a mentor for adults who have survived child abuse is:
Mentorship - Child abuse is the darkness in which we hide our true selves behind. As a mentor and coach, I guide you through discovering the impact of trauma in childhood as to how the ramifications of abuse can stop you from reaching your full potential.
Support - The journey to healing is long and difficult for even the toughest of warriors. Childhood trauma and abuse take so much energy to overcome, and one of the best tools in your arsenal is a support system that you can leverage when the going gets tough.
Guidance - I cannot heal your trauma for you. That is simply impossible. If I could, I would but I can't. What I can do it help you adapt and adopt a new mindset based around understanding the effect of child abuse in adult life, why you are in your own way and how with the tools of the Think Unbroken system you can take your life back
Tools - Mindset Over Everything. The human brain is capable of accomplishing the most spectacular feats even if the foundation in which you are groomed is in trauma and abuse, you can still create the future that you want.
